Settings | Product Assignment Sets

Introduction

Product Assignment Sets act as a library of different font groups, font sizes and font colours that can be set within this menu to then work in line with a products text areas.
These are particularly useful for Brands who may wish to set up their style guides for product ranges with specific font or colours that users can use.

How Do I Find Assignment Sets

To access Product Assignment Sets, users simply need to head to the settings cog wheel at the bottom left of the screen. Here they need to select the "Product Assignment Sets" options shown below.

Users can search for their assignment sets either by searching via the name of the generated ID reference given to each set within the menu view.

By default the page will take you to the Font Sets but simply flick between the different options on the following option.

Depending on the option selected there will be a "+ Create Set" button available which will take you to the next steps.

Setting a Font Set

Once the Details have been set, a "Font" menu will appear. By clicking into this you will be greeted with an option to search via the name or ID and a Group dropdown which will display any available Font Groups.

With Selecting the fonts you can filter either by "All", "Google", "Custom" or "Embroidery" fonts, this will then filter the view to show the types of fonts required.

Once a font has been found simply enable the slider for the font and this will now appear within the set as an enabled font.

Setting Assignment Sets Against Text Areas

Once their are available sets, users simply need to head to the product they wish to update and within the text area edit there will be a field called "Formatting" as shown below.

Under Formatting their will be options labelled as "Available Fonts", "Available Sizes" and "Available Colours". To set these simply click into the "-- --" field which will open out a "Find Set" search.

This search will allow users to search through all of the specific sets and by pressing the "Pick" button the product will be updated with the required available set.

Once selected the product will be updated like so and than through a print test you will see only the fonts, sizes or colours set are available as options.

The product will now have the Assignment Sets against their product, meaning their customers can now customise their product with specific font, sizes and colours.
