What Is A Regional Fulfiller?
Regional fulfillers allow for products to be sold by multiple fulfillers in multiple regions, this can be controlled on a product by product basis. For example a lot of our licensed content can also be sold by fulfillers in Europe and Asia, using the country codes to set this data.
Can I Set This Manually?
This can be set on a products basic details, however you will find it best to be using the import available which can update multiple products at once. If you access a product, within the basic details you will be able to access a section called "Regional Fulfillers". Here you will be able to select the fulfiller from the drop-down for every region. This is shown below.
How Do I Set Up Regional Fulfillers With The Import?
Regional fulfillers is a lot easier to set up using the import, all you will need to know is the region code (GB is for United Kingdom, US for United States etc) and the 5 to 6 digit fulfiller reference code which is the basics of what you need per product. When running the export you will need to set the region code, as well as the fulfiller company reference ID.
It is important to ensure you have a separate row on your import per the region being selected. If you were importing 5 regional fulfillers you would need to import those 5 rows.
Once this import has been completed a unique reference ID will be generate which you will see when you next export the data. You can then use this regional product ID to make updates.
