Product Integrations : Sanmar
Introduction
This article has been written to aide with setting up the Kornit X Product integration with the Sanmar platform. This This type of integration allows you to send products from the platform to Sanmar connected via the advanced settings of your product categories.
Please note that for this integration you can either target multiple product owners and suppliers or can be set to specifically target products in the category with a matching owner or supplier company, details on how to specify this are detailed within this article.

How To Prepare Categories For Integration Setup
The first step here is to locate the category of which you want to set this integration, naming the parent category "SanmarIntegration" would be a good starting point so its clear what the category is. To set the integration imply click the category and the menu below will be shown.
With the integrations simply click into the integrations and select Sanmar from the list as shown below.
We would advise creating a category structure exclusively for the product you are planning to send to Sanmar, with this sorting it will be easier within Platform to add products to the relevant categories. Details Needed To Enable Integration
Before the integration has been properly enabled you must enter the following details listed below. These details will be available from your SFTP that will have been set to work with Sanmar.
- SFTP Host
- Port
- SFTP Username
- SFTP Password
- FS Root
Once these details have been added, simply save the integration and this will be saved. There are additional settings that can be enabled, we have detailed the meaning behind each one in the below table.
Setting Option | Setting Option | Description |
Email Errors To | Input Field | This input field should have an email added as this will notify that email account whenever any errors can be found within this integration and any products that will not be accepted into the Sanmar domain. |
Product Owner | Dropdown | As mentioned before with this dropdown you can select the dropdown from "all companies" and search via either the name or ID. Once set this will target products in the categories with a matching owner. |
Supplier Company | Dropdown | Similarly to the Product Owner dropdown with this one you can click the dropdown stating "all companies" and search via the name or ID. Once set this will target products within the category with a matching supplier company. |
