Product Integration | Fruugo (Export Only)
Introduction
This article has been written to aide with setting up the Kornit X Product integration with the Fruugo platform. This type of integration allows you to send products from the platform to Fruugo connected via the advanced settings of your product categories.
Please note that "Export only" in the title refers to products being exported from our platform into their own system, in this case Fruugo.
An existing account with Fruugo will be needed to enable this integration, without this the integration is not going to work, To enquire with using Fruugo please refer to the following link - Click Here
How To Prepare Categories For Integration Setup
The first step here is to locate the category of which you want to set this integration, naming the parent category "Fruugo Integration" would be a good starting point so its clear what the category is. To set the integration imply click the category and the menu below will be shown.
With the integrations simply click into the integrations and select "Fruugo (Export Only)" from the list as shown below.
We would advise creating a category structure exclusively for the product you are planning to send to Fruugo, with this sorting it will be easier within Platform to add products to the relevant categories. Details Needed To Enable Integration
Before the integration has been properly enabled you must enable the integration. Once this has been toggled, simply save the integration and this will be saved. There are additional settings that can be enabled, we have detailed the meaning behind each one in the below table.
Setting Option | Setting Option | Description |
Email Errors To | Input Field | This input field should have an email added as this will notify that email account whenever any errors can be found within this integration and any products that will not be accepted from the Fruugo domain. |
Category Mapping | Input Field | Category mapping needs to be set to ensure the sub categories for Fruugo are filled in. To do so simply set the category name from the platform and map it to the sub categories. Each row of this mapping must include the Platform name and map to each sub category so "PlATFORMNAME->FRUUGOCATEGORYNAME" as an example. This must be included for every row of subcategories being used here. |
