Floor Workflow 5

This article details the journey through then Floor module we call Floor Workflow 5.

This workflow is suited best for Sublimation, UV and other technologies where you are printing artwork in advance to be applied to blank goods and these can be batched up, for example producing phone cases 6 at once on a jig.

This workflow allows the speed and efficiency of batching artwork but also allows item barcodes to be printed and stuck to items to allow item level QC, Branding and Dispatch stations.

Workflow 5 is made up of the following steps

Step 1 - Download Artwork
through production integration
on "Jobs List" or auto feed

Step 2 - Pick Stock

Step 3 - Print / Produce using downloaded artwork

Step 4 - Scan batch barcode at Batch Barcode Labels point and print generated labels

Step 5 - Apply generated labels to item(s)

Step 6 - QA Scan (Optional)

Step 7 - Branding Scan (Optional)

Step 8 - Dispatch Scan (Either Batch by scanning master sheet or normal by scanning item barcode)
