Floor Workflow 1

This article details the journey through then Floor module we call Floor Workflow 1.

This workflow is for printing individual items and is focussed on efficiency at scale.

The workflow is focused around printing labels for items and applying them before printing / production. These labels contain a barcode which follows the items on the floor and is used at various stations for quick scanpoints.

This workflow lends itself especially well to one off DTG production on Kornit and other digital printers to name just one example.

Workflow 1 is made up of the following steps

Step 1 - Download and print
labels from "Stock Picking"

Step 2 - Pick Stock and apply Labels

Step 3 - Scan Label at Print Station

Sep 4 - Send to Production
(various possible ways)

Step 5 - QA Scan (Optional)

Step 6 - Branding Scan (Optional)

Step 7 - Dispatch Scan
