Company Settings | SLA

Introduction

This article has been written to detail setting up a fulfiller company type with SLA (service level agreement) for all orders. The SLA timings will take the lead time in days from products set ecommerce data and use the SLA set timings and days of production to work out when an order will be sent.
As an example if an order is made on Monday at 10:37am the order will check against these SLA and Ecommerce settings and ensure that the order is sent at exactly 10:37am on the Wednesday. However, if production for Wednesday was shut the production would not start until the next day production is open.
For products that are part of an order routing network, it's now possible to set the Lead Time (In Days) on a per fulfiller basis, rather than in the products' eCommerce tab as mentioned above.  Please see the Adding Products to a Network section of the Order Routing Networks article.

How Do I Set SLA?

In order to set SLA against a fulfiller companies settings simply begin by heading into "Companies" within the Settings cogwheel shown below.

Within the companies menu head to your fulfiller company, this can be done by setting the filter to only show fulfiller company types with the "type" dropdown.

With a fulfiller company ready, edit the settings and head to advanced as shown below. Within the advanced settings the "SLA" option can be seen.

When clicking into the SLA menu the settings can be seen which can be set.

The options that can be set within the SLA menu include enabling the calculations, timezone, cut off time as well as enabling and disabling production days. The first toggle to enable is the "Calculate Required Dispatch Date", without this the SLA Calculations will not work.
The fulfiller products should all have lead times set within Ecommerce data, without this the SLA calculations will not work as intended.
Once the initial toggle has been activated users can set the Timezone of which production will run, the list will include all available timezones. In a similar way the "Cut Off Time" can be set in the hours, minutes and seconds (HH:MM:SS) of when production per day of production.

The Production Days toggles are the last options that can be enabled for days when production is running and this is from Monday-Sunday.
