Fulfillers | Updating Collection Points

  1. First, users need to log into the system as shown below. Please follow this link to access - https://platform.kornitx.net/


Your login will have been provided to you before signing into the system
  1. Once signed in you must head to the Companies section which is located within the settings menu found within the lower left of the screen. 

  1. Once companies has loaded please search for the FULFILLER that you need to update and clicking into the company will allow you to edit. 
  1. Go to the Advanced Tab of the company as shown below to progress. 

  1. Once within the Advanced menu you simply need to head to the Collection points sub header which will allow you to either update existing or create new collection points agaisnt the company. 

  1. Once collection points are loaded you will see the existing Collection Points which can be updated. With updating you can either manually amend them or use the import/export routine detailed further below. To manually amend simply open the menu where you can amend the timings within the format of 00:00:00 shown below. Once happy with the changes you simply need to save the Collection Point and move onto the next one that needs updating. 

  1. Regarding the export/import method this will allow you to update collection points on mass via a CSV. To do so simply run the export option which is the arrow out of the system which will generate the CSV. This will contain a  row per collection point which will include an ID which can be used when importing to update Collection Points on mass. Once a file has been updated, simply click the arrow into the system and update the Collection Points. 

An example import for creating new collection points has been attached to this article for you to use. Please note for new collection points you must leave the "collection-point.id" blank. 
  1. You can alternatively create a brand new collection point by clicking the "+ Collection Point" button where you first need to enter the name and external ref. Once set the menu can be expanded and further details need to be set such as the address, telephone number, location, Timezone and finally the Monday to Sunday opening from and to timings. Once set simply save the collection point and you can move onto the next one. 


The best way to disable a collection point is to set all timings to 00:00:00 and to remove the Location GPS longitude and latitude which will ensure the location is appearing as closed within the setup.
