Q - I have installed the app, what happens next?

A - Emails will automatically be sent out to the suppliers in the dropship network who will be in touch to agree terms with you, when they have your account with them will be activated and you will see products in the app's page on shopify. We advise suppliers to contact within 1 working day but if this is not done you can contact us at https://support.custom-gateway.com/portal/en/home

Q - What are the costs involved?

A - All of the pricing is available here where you can also sign up - https://www.virtualproductwarehouse.com/sign-up - but in short you pay the trade price plus shipping for items plus a £0.30 transaction charge in most cases.

Q - How long are order details stored and are you GDPR compliant?

A - By default we only store customer details pertaining to orders for 3 months after the orders have been dispatched. At this point customer specific details will be deleted and the order will be Archived. Q - Once I have sold some products, how do I pay for them?

A - During your account approval process you will be contacted to agree terms and billed accordingly.
