Using Gateway RIP for your production - Workflow
Automatic RIP
The third step of the above work flow, "Operator selects 'Send to CloudRIP and download jobsheets'", can be bypassed by letting Production Jobs to be automatically sent to the RIP once they move to the Pending Production Status which is triggered either when they Generate or, in the case of non artwork Jobs, when they have been completely filled.
This option is available at the top of the Cloud RIP section of your batch template as shown below.
