Supported File Types and Maximum Image Size when using our Smartlink Apps

The maximum file size that our server will allow is 60MB, although we recommend 40MB or less. Most end user images probably won't be anywhere near even 20% of that.

There is no restriction on the pixel size of an image uploaded within the smartlink.

The main supported formats are:

  • JPG
  • PNG
  • TIFF
  • GIF
  • BMP
  • SVG

We also have some support for EPS, AI and PDF however we cannot guarantee that all files of those types will be handled correctly. Simple images should be fine, complex ones may have issues.
