Supplier Integration | Spoke Custom
Introduction
This article has been created to show how to setup the supplier integration Kornit X has built to connect to Spoke.
Setup
To setup the Spoke integration, please head to your company and within the advanced settings head to "Supplier Integrations" and click to enable the Spoke option. This had been shown below.
When setting this up you will need to set your "Username" and "API Key" which will be provided to you from Spoke before you setup the integration with us.
Shipping with Spoke is handled by Spoke Custom themselves. They setup shipping values on a pre customer basis, then maps codes to the method, which you must reference in the 'Method' field of a Platform order. Orders without a value in the method field won't be sent to Spoke until a value is added.
Workflow
Orders for companies with Spoke enabled that are on the status of received will be sent to Spoke every hour.
