Shipper Integration | ParcelHub

Introduction

This article has been created to show how to setup the Shipper Integration that Kornit X has built to connect to ParcelHub. 

Setup

To setup the ParcelHub integration, please head to your Dropship company and within the advanced settings head to "Shipper Integrations" and click to enable the ParcelHub option. This had been in the screenshot below taken from the Kornit X V3 Platform. 

When setting this up  you will need to set your "Base URL", "Username", "Password", "Account" and "Store ID" reference which will be provided to you from ParcelHub before you setup the integration with us. 

Workflow

With the ParcelHub Shipping integration you can set multiple options detailed below.

1. Start Timestamp (UTC) - The start timestamp will be set as soon as the ParcelHub integration has been enabled. This will be laid out as "dd/mm/yyyy --:--".
   
2. Use Variant Weight - Using Variant Weight offers a slider to enable the option to use weight set on variant stock products within the integration. 
3. Dropship Delegation - Dropship delegation offers a slider to enable this option on the Dropship company. 
4. From Country - Shows a dropdown that shows all country options this integration is enable in, this is the country of origin for the Dropship.
5. Shipping Insurance Options - This dropdown offers users the options to set this to either "shipsurance". "Carrier" or "Provider". 
6. Shipment Strategy - This dropdown offers users the options to set this to either "Combined Parcels" or "Individual Parcels"
7. Pricing Strategy - This dropdown offers users the options to set this to either "Order" or "Product". 
8. Use Dropship Currency - Offers users a slider to enable the option that will use the currency set against the dropship. 
9. Address details - Finally, users can input the following address details of Contact Name, Company Name, Address Lines, Phone Number, Email Address, Country and Postcode.
