Reporting | Types Of Reports

Introduction

This section of the platform houses our powerful reporting section and tools. Through accessing this page our users have access to a number of different CSV reports which can be generated to display various details for one or more companies, over a specific time period.

All Platform users will have access to Reports by default.

How To Work With Reports?

When setting up a report the user need to set the following:
  1. Select Type - Choose from our list of reports which one the user wants to generate.
  2. Time Period - Choose from our preset times or create a custom time period to pull data between.
  3. Options - Set some additional options available such as including bin, order attribute and ECommerce data.
  4. Companies - Select the companies of which the data needs to be generated for.  
All sections will be broken down in further detail. 

Types Of Reports

There are multiple Reports for users to use and these are detailed below. 

Summary
The summary report provides information on the quantity of each SKU sold for each day, week, month or year that is included in the selected date range depending on which of the summary reports the user runs.

Component Details
The component details report provides information on each line item that was processed by OMS.  Details include company ref ID, sale time and date, creation time and date, external order ref, OMS item ID, product SKU, product description, quantity ordered, attributes such as colour and print job ID.

Component Summary
The component summary report gives information on the amount of products ordered by attributes such as colour.

Conversions
The conversions report provides information on the total number of print jobs/samples vs. the total number of paid print jobs/samples.  The report also gives the percentage of print jobs/samples that were paid when set against the total amount of print jobs/samples.

Status Summary
The status summary report provides details of the total number of orders in each of the OMS order statuses.

Sales Summary
Users can find out how many orders and items have been sold along with the cost price, sale price and profit by running the sales summary report.

Purchase Invoice Summary
A summary of purchase invoice amounts due can be found by running the purchase invoice summary report.

Order Details
The order details report gives comprehensive details of each order in the OMS.  Information such the internal and external order refs, the customers billing and shipping addresses, shipping methods, sale/creation/dispatch timestamps and any related print jobs can be found in this report. Please note that the Order Details includes the Job Item ID which will be detailed on the reports. 

Order Details Undelivered
This report gives the same details as the order details report above but only includes orders that are still in progress.  i.e Orders in the Received or In Production status.

Order Details QC
This report gives the same details as the order details report above but only includes orders that are in the QC Query or On Hold statues.

Order Details Awaiting Confirmation
This report gives the same details as the order details report above but only includes orders that are in the Received or On Hold statues.

Order Details With Prices
This report gives the same details as the order details report above but includes pricing information.

Stock Summary
Provides a summary of the available stock in the system by product SKU.

Gallery Images
The Gallery Images report contains a list of orders that have used CPP gallery images, including the gallery name and gallery image name.

Licence Royalties
The License Royalties report contains a list of orders for licensed content products. 

What Time Periods can be used with Reporting

There are multiple time periods to set which are all detailed below. 
  1. Rolling Last Day - Rolling last day refers to the last 24 hour period for the report to be ran for.
  2. Rolling Last Week - Rolling last week refers to the previous week period for the report to be ran for.
  3. Rolling Last Month - Rolling last month refers to the previous month period for the report to be ran for. 
  4. Current Month - Current Month refers to the current month the report has been ran for, if this is ran on the 16th of a current month, this will only generate those 16 days.
  5. Previous Month - Previous month refers to the month just before the current and this will include the entire month of reports
  6. Previous Day - Previous day refers to the day before the current and this will include that previous day only. 
  7. Custom - A custom time period means users can pick the period, with custom you can produce reports for multiple months and days. 

What Options can be used with Reporting?

There are multiple options that can be set with the report, the following lists these examples and what they do. 
  1. Include company details - Users can choose to include or remove company details on the report.
  2. Include bin - Users can choose to include the bin information from orders or choose to ignore. 
  3. Include Personally Identifiable Information - Users can choose to include personally identifiable information within their reports. 
  4. Include order attributes - Attributes from the products can be turned on to pull or not pull the attributes connected. 
  5. Include product ecommerce data - Users can choose to ignore all ecommerce data fields or include them in the report. 
  6. Include product info - This option can be enabled to include any additional product information that you wish to include. 
  7. Include item external URLs - External artwork from orders can be included on reports or turned off.
  8. Include used print areas - Users can enable this option if they wish to include the name of the print area that is being used in the production of the orders. 
  9. Include branding - This option enabled will include any branding information required such as the branding name, values or units.
  10. Include calculated prices - Users can enable this option if they wish to retain the calculated pricing information, the date include would be the buyer, seller. price, currency and type. 
  11. Include customer service info - Customer service information can be included or ignored when puling reports, this will include any orders that have been sent back or customers have wanted to send back for refunds or damages
  12. Include batch details - This option should be selected if you want to include any details on the batch such as batch ID, batch job ID, branding name and units. 
  13. Include shipments - Users can select this option to include information on the shipments such as shipment tracking, quantity, quantity indexes 
  14. Date/time format - Users can select from multiple date and time formats that they wish to use including different time zones. 
  15. Data field - Users can choose from the following options for the data the report will tell. This ranges from Creation, Sale, Required Dispatch and Actual Dispatch.
  16. Status Groups - There are multiple status groups that users can select, meaning multiple statuses can be pulled with the reports. These range from Default, Undelivered, QC, Awaiting Confirmation and All.

What Companies can be used with Reporting

Reports works with various different companies. The system will offer the chance to search via the ID or name of the companies needed. Filters can also be set for the following.
  1. Organisation search - lists all organisations available to the user.
  2. Company type - Filter by the different types such as Sales Channel, Production Centre, Dropship, Fulfiller & Licence/Brand.
  3. Whether or not the company is active - Filter to search by Yes or No on whether a company is active or not.
