Custom Gateway have a direct integration with Sawgrass printers running the Sawgrass Print Manager

When enabled and set up on a production centre company jobs sent to production will open the Sawgrass Print Manager popup allowing printer options to be selected from inside the Custom Gateway Platform.

On sending to print our platform will send files directly to your Sawgrass Print Manager.

This requires a Sawgrass User ID which can be obtained from Sawgrass and is unique to the user you log into SPM with.

Status Mode is a dropdown which allows you to choose which status jobs go into once they have been passed to SPM
