Integration Setup
In order to set this integration up, users must set their API Key against the settings menu and the Integration will connect.
There is an option here to set called "Orders Provider". Orders Provider acts as a setting to dictate how order, shipping or status information can be sent back to the retailer, customer or end user. For Aftership the following 3 options can be used.
- Passive - Selecting this options will simply send order updates such as status changes every 30 minutes and will send a notification.
- Active - Active will send a notification any time there is a change or update made to any orders.
- Entity Events - Finally this option will look for any changes to an independent element within the notification integration without changes to the order status. Examples of this kind of elements can include any tracking URLs.

To set the orders provider simply copy the exact spelling of the bold options found above.
Features
The 'Include Customer's email' toggle is a feature to remove the customer email address from the Aftership Notification Integration to align with GDPR and data compliance. This option will appear like this within the integration menu.
The two toggle options have been detailed below.
- When 'enabled' customer's email is added to the payload, this is the default option.
- When 'disabled' customer's email is not added to the payload,

Note: This feature will only trigger for order notifications sent to Aftership after the toggle has been disabled.
