Sales Channel Integration | Not On The High Street

The below video details our retailer integration to pull orders from the Not on the High Street (NOTHS) system into the Custom Gateway OMS






























How it works    
  1. Gateway OMS gets all orders from NOTHS every hour
  2. Orders Accepted as long as we have a valid SKU in Gateway OMS
  3. Orders are then routed to appropriate fulfilment partner - or left in own warehouse if no SKU details available
  4. Gateway OMS also checks the personalisation details on the products in the Gateway CPP to match them to the suppliers required personalisation fields to ensute the correct artwork can be generated
  5. Dropship Suppliers will always confirm receipt of order to Gateway OMS
  6. Automated reports can be generated to identify orders not confirmed or not despatched - or these can be viewed online using filters
  7. Once a supplier has confirmed despatch of an order Gateway OMS will update the NOTHS API to confirm
