Picking List is a station in our Floor module.
This station allows the printing of stock picking labels for production jobs.
Labels can be printed in 2 ways from this station
- Bulk Select
- Per Job
Bulk Select can be done by selecting the tickbox to the left of every job for the ones you would like to group and then under "Bulk Actions" select "Print Picking Labels". This will generate and open in a new tab a multipage PDF of the stock labels which can be printed.
Per job can be done by selecting the printer icon to the right of every job row.
Jobs that are processed through this station and have labels generated will be put into the status "In Production (Stock Picking)"
The columns in the table provide valuable information when deciding which jobs to print
ID = is the unique Job ID in the Custom Gateway System
Description = is the job template name from the Production System (clicking this will take you to the job template settings)
Status = is the status of the Job, by default you should be printing jobs in "Pending Production" and only going through other status' for reprinting
Substatus = only applicable if using a workflow that makes use of batch substatus.
Created = The creation time of the job
Cut Off = any cut off time applied to the job template
Required Dispatch = if the items on the job are tied to any required dispatch SLA the date will show here
Stats = shows the numbers on the job, the grey (right) box is the total capacity allowed on the job template and the purple (left) box is the total number actually allocated to this job. These may not match if the job was cut off so can show a production manager how many items are in each job and if they are full or partial jobs
