The "Job List" Station was created to provide a workflow for low volume one off run production.
There are no scanpoints or paperwork as production is catered to manage a single or limited operators performing all duties for a single job before moving on.
This station works best when used in conjunction with a Job Template set to accept any sku with a wildcard (*) and set to 1 slot meaning each job is for any one item that is sent.
The table view on this station is set to show
1) Product Thumbnail - for ease of identification and sense checking
2) Order Number - of the order this job item belongs to
3) SKU - the SKU of the item on the job
4) Description - the name of the item on the job
5) Status - the status of the job
6) Created - the timestamp for when the job was created in the flatform
7) Required Dispatch - will show "Now" if none was specifically provided or will show a date if the order was populated with a specific SLA
8) Actions - this is your call to action button which is "Send to production" which will trigger a download of artwork.
This screen by default is set to sort by oldest first allowing you to deal with jobs in a first in next out mentality.
The "Status" filter should be set to "Pending Production" for general day to day running of this station as that will display jobs which are ready for production and artwork has not yet been downloaded.
