Dispatch Document - Standard List Dispatch V3

This Dispatch Document can be accessed from the SALES > ORDER MANAGER menu options and allows for the download of Dispatch Note PDFs which can be printed and attached with orders. The way to access this has been shown below.
Please note the dispatch note will be sized at standard A4 size, and depending on the amount of orders or line items multiple pages may be downloaded.

Users can enable this option by setting the Dispatch Documents to be the "Standard List Dispatch V3)" option found within the dropdown.

On this Dispatch Note, the following data will be displayed, please note all line items of an order will appear on the document and be split per order. 
  1. Image - The dispatch note will display the primary image taken from the product found in Product Manager. If no image has been associated to the product this will appear as a blank thumbnail
  2. Description - The description listed combines the Name and Fulfiller SKU of the product found within Product Manager. 
  3. SKU - This is the SKU of the Blank Item
  4. Size Attribute - The size of the item, taken from the products attribute
  5. Color Aspect - The colour of the item, referring to the aspect option selected for the item
  6. Quantity - The quantity for multiple orders will be listed here if there is a colour change necessary, this will appear blank if this is not relevant to the order. 
  7. Item ID - The Line Item ID will be listed if applicable for the order, in the examples case this is one line item so no need to differentiate.
