Shipper Integration: DHL Business

The intergration uses the DHL API version 2.2 (DHL may need to put your version back to this to allow it to function)
Requirements For DHL:
Once you have registered with DHL they will provide you certain credentials that will be expected when creating API calls the, following fields are required:
- Application ID
- Application Token
- Username
- Password
- EKP
These 5 fields are provided by DHL and help identify the user and the access they have within their system for their orders & shipments.
- Default Participate Code - This gives the client the ability to set their participate code for all their orders.
- Product Participation Code Map - This is a JSON field, this allows the client to map different participation codes to different product procedures. This is useful is a single EKP has multiple product procedures that have varying participation codes, and example of the map can be viewed below.
The Following fields are all to be set as they are required for the label & calculation of the shipment:
- Sender Name
- Sender Street Name
- Sender Street Number
- Sender Street ZIP
- Sender City
- Sender Country Code
- Sender Email
- Sender Phone
The last two fields are used to define the endorsement the client wants to set on domestic and international orders, we provide a drop down in these fields which shows all the acceptable values:
- German Service Endorsement
- International Service Endorsement

The DHL Business Shipper integration has been updated to include the use of the Import One-Stop Shop (or commonly known IOSS) fields.
These fields are used IOSS numbers allow our customers to use the DHL business shipper intwgration to sell imported goods to buyers within the EU to collect, declare and pay VAT to tax authorities.
