Catalog | Find Virtuals
Introduction
Within Product Manager, users can find all associated Virtuals to a Blank through use of the "Find Virtuals" button. This article is going to break down and show users how to find this and what can be done with the virtuals.
Please note that if you're a fulfiller you will only have access to the blanks and not the virtuals. This is specifically for those managing and creating Virtuals products from the blanks and read access to blanks will be given to see what virtuals have been created.
How Do I Access Find Virtuals?
To find your virtuals simply head into a Blank Product and from the main "General" menu you will see the "Find Virtual" button as highlighted below.
Clicking this button will than open up a new window which will search the blank product ID, and then filter any virtuals made from this ID.
As shown above, the Type has been set to "Virtual" and the view filters the products.
How Do I Amend My Virtuals?
Within the list view, users can amend the products n a few different way listed below.
- Running Exports and Imports for product data such as pricing and ecommerce.
- Generating Feeds of the Virtual Products to be loaded on websites such as Magento, Ebay etc
- Selecting Virtual Products with multi edit and running through and amending the products.
