Supplier Integration | Baselinker

Introduction

This article has been created to show how to setup the supplier integration Kornit X has built to connect to Baselinker. 

Setup

To setup the Baselinker integration, please head to your company and within the advanced settings head to "Supplier Integrations" and click to enable the Baselinker Option. This has been shown below.

When setting this up  you will need to set your "User Login" and "Token". All of these IDs will be provided to you from Baselinker before you setup the integration with us. You can also set up an FTP connection from our integration, you would just need to add your "FS Root", "FTP Host", "FTP Username" and "FTP Password". This is information that you will likely already have before setting this up. 

You can set up additional options within the main integration menu such as setting to send order errors to a specific email, a start timestamp, "Order Status ID", "User Comments" and "Admin Comments".
The Baselinker supplier integration can allow you to set information for the generation of invoices, this means you can set an invoice full name, company, nip, address, city, postcode and country code

Workflow

Orders for companies with Baselinker enabled that are on the status of received will be sent to Baselinker every hour.
