Automatically Processing Artwork Size

Automatically Processing Artwork Size

For some products you may need to change the size of artwork that is received so that it can be printed - the Batch Template System can perform this task automatically for you

A good example is when you have custom artwork that is used for different products - when adding new products you only want to upload one piece of artwork but use it on a whole range of similar products

To set this up you need to create a Batch Template in the usual way  but use the following options to re-process the artwork

  • Enable Scale - where 1 equals no change and 0.75 would mean you reduce the artwork size by 75%
  • Enable Crop - can be used in conjunction with a percentage reduction or stand alone to change the artwork to a fixed width or height measurement in pixels
