Address Documents - Standard US Letter

This Address Document can be accessed from the SALES > ORDER MANAGER menu options and allows for the download of an address label PDF. The way to access this has been shown below.
Please note the address label will match the size of standard US letter which in millimetres is 215.9 mm (Width) by 279.4 mm (Height).

Users can enable this option by setting the Address Label Documents to be the "Standard US Letter" option found within the Address option.

On this Address Label the following will be displayed. 
  1. Order Number - The number of the order will be displayed in the top left corner of the address label always. 
  2. Date of Order - The date of the order will be displayed with the order number in the following format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS (As an example this would be 2022-03-11 14:07:53)
  3. Shipping Method - The shipping method associated to the order will be displayed under the date such as "Standard". 
  4. Thumbnail - A thumbnail of the line items will be displayed in the left after the first fields shown above. 
  5. Description - The name of the product found within Product Manager will be displayed to the right of the label. 
  6. SKU - Under the name of the product the Fulfiller SKU also taken from Product Manager will be displayed. 
  7. Quantity - With the Description and SKU the quantity of line items ordered will be displayed, in the used example this is simply just "1". 
  8. Item Barcode - The item barcode of the order generated by the Order Manager system will be displayed for the order which can then be scanned. 
  9. Name - The name of the customer associated to the order and address. 
  10. Address Line 1 - The first line of the address which is usually required for all orders. 
  11. Address Line 2 - An optional field for the second line of an address.
  12. Address Line 3 - An optional field for the third line of an address.
  13. Town/City - The town or city associated to the address. 
  14. Region - The region of the country associated to the address. 
  15. Post Code - The Post code of the address
  16. Country - The country of which the order will be addressed to, this will use the 2 digit ISO 3166-2 code.
